Every project is different. The way we work together reflects that.

We work on homes, boutique hotels, serviced apartments, and hospitality spaces — in Portugal and internationally. Depending on what a project needs and how far along it already is, we work in three ways.

Not sure which fits your project? Write to us. Most good collaborations begin with a conversation.

  • FOR A SPACE THAT NEEDS TO BE DESIGNED FROM THE BEGINNING

We develop the complete concept — spatial planning, materials and finishes, lighting direction, furniture and objects, custom-made elements, and the technical drawings that contractors and makers need to execute it. At the end of this phase, the project is fully defined. Every decision has been made. Every element has a reason.

This is the right fit for a full home renovation, a new build, or a hospitality space being created from scratch.

  • FOR A PROJECT THAT ALREADY HAS AN ARCHITECT OR CONTRACTOR

We come in as the design eye — defining or protecting the aesthetic vision throughout the project. Site visits, material and finish sign-off, sample reviews, close coordination with the team on the ground at the decisions that matter most.

Good construction can still produce the wrong result if the design decisions along the way are not held by someone with a clear point of view. That is what this is.

This works well for developers, for architects who want a specialist interior perspective, and for clients whose project is already moving and needs one consistent voice on design.

  • FOR A SPACE THAT EXISTS AND NEEDS THE RIGHT THINGS PUT INTO IT

No spatial planning, no construction. The bones are there. What it needs now is a clear design direction and a precise selection of furniture, lighting, textiles, and objects that work together as a whole.

We define the concept, select every piece, and specify exactly what to buy and from whom — including pieces from Portuguese makers and artisans that are not easily found elsewhere.

Particularly useful for furnished rentals, serviced apartment packages, boutique hotel rooms, and any project where the design needs to be consistent, well-sourced, and ready to hand to someone else to purchase and install.
